Zentage Communication is committed to providing seamless, secure, and highly dependable business communication technologies to our global clientele. To safeguard our network's integrity and promote ethical usage, we have formulated this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that governs all our products and solutions. By obtaining or utilizing our services, you inherently consent to comply with the rules detailed herein.

Zentage Communication explicitly forbids the use of its infrastructure, networks, and communication tools for any of the following activities:
- Unlawful Conduct: Participating in or organizing acts that breach local, national, or international laws.
- Mission-Critical Operations: Utilizing our network for highly sensitive emergency routing (such as 911 calls) or environments requiring fail-safe performance (like medical or heavy industrial operations).
- Spam and Deception: Broadcasting unsolicited broadcast messages, running phishing campaigns, or transmitting fraudulent and misleading information.
- Cyber Threats: Spreading malicious software, initiating DDoS attacks, or penetrating accounts, systems, or data repositories without explicit authorization.
- Child Endangerment: Storing, transmitting, or encouraging any materials that exploit or endanger minors.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Distributing or hosting unauthorized, copyrighted, or counterfeit content.
- Identity Spoofing: Masking the true origin of communications, forging routing headers, or engaging in identity theft.
- Unauthorized Data Collection: Scraping or gathering personal information without proper user consent, or mishandling collected data.
- Network Abuse: Intentionally degrading the service experience for others through disproportionate, abnormal, or abusive traffic loads.
Additional Use Restrictions
Furthermore, users are strictly barred from:
- Depending entirely on Zentage Communication for operations where mere service downtime would result in severe financial damage or physical harm.
- Sabotaging the quality of service, either by tampering with our core network or causing interference to fellow users.
- Bypassing or attempting to evade our built-in security protocols, compliance tracking, or usage monitoring tools.
Please note that these examples do not cover every possible violation. Zentage Communication retains the exclusive authority to determine whether any ongoing activity constitutes a breach of this AUP.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
It is mandatory for all users to align their activities with major domestic and international legislative frameworks, such as:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States
- CAN-SPAM Act governing commercial digital messaging (USA)
- Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- CTIA guidelines regarding wireless communication standards
Clients and end-users alone bear the responsibility of staying updated on these laws and ensuring their traffic meets all active legal criteria.
Enforcement Protocol
Should any user breach this policy, Zentage Communication may undertake the following actions:
- Instant deactivation or permanent closure of the offending account, without warning.
- Pursuit of civil or criminal litigation based on the severity of the offense.
We maintain the undeniable right to respond to abuses in any manner deemed fit, which includes voluntarily disclosing illegal activities to local or global law enforcement agencies.
Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may officially request the termination of their services through a written notice within the first 30 days of their account activation. For authorized cancellations, Zentage Communication provides a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused prepaid balance, deducting any actual expenses or active usage accrued until the service is fully disconnected.
